I booked through ramada.com thinking I was getting a decent deal, but it ended up feeling way overpriced for what I got. The room was worn out, breakfast was nothing special, and then the extra fees just made the whole thing more frustrating.
For that kind of money, I expected the place to be cleaner and the service to be a lot better. Any time I had a question, I felt like I was being passed around instead of actually helped. It felt more like paying hotel prices for motel quality, and I probably wouldn’t use the site again unless the rate was really cheap.

"check in was a mess"
we got to the hotel and check-in took way longer than it should have. the front desk couldn’t find my booking at first, even though I showed them the confirmation email. nobody really explained what was going on, they just kept saying to wait a minute. then after all that, the room key didn’t even work. it was really frustrating after a long drive and not a great first impression.

This was frustrating. The pool was closed, breakfast wasn’t available, and the Wi-Fi was down. It feels like the same kind of issue I keep running into lately, where the listing says one thing and the stay turns out to be something else. Definitely not what I booked

From my experience, the staff didn’t come across as very friendly. I felt like even simple questions were a bother to them, which made the stay less comfortable for me. Personally, I wouldn’t call it a great stay.
"Booking worked, but it was a bit of a hassle"
I booked a room through Ramada, the whole thing felt a little clunky from the start. The site was moving slowly, but I figured it was no big deal and went ahead with the payment. Then after I paid, no confirmation came through right away, so I was just sitting there wondering if I actually had a room or if my money had disappeared into the internet.
After waiting a bit, I ended up calling the hotel myself to make sure the reservation existed. They did find it, which was a relief, but some of the details didn’t match what I had selected online. It all worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience and added some unnecessary stress.

"Room definitely wasn’t clean"
I booked through ramada.com the room was gross lol. There was hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and the carpet felt sticky. It really seemed like it had barely been cleaned after the last guest. I mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing really came of it.

"Barely got any sleep"
I stayed here for one night and barely slept. The walls felt really thin, so I could hear people talking in the hall, doors slamming, and traffic outside pretty much all night. This is where it got annoying: I called the front desk hoping they could do something, but nothing really changed. If you’re a super heavy sleeper, maybe it wouldn’t bother you, but for me it was frustrating and definitely not worth it

"WiFi kept cutting out all night"
I stayed up later than I probably should’ve, just trying to watch a show and get a few things done, but the WiFi kept dropping every few minutes. It would connect, work for a bit, then randomly disconnect again. Super frustrating, especially because everything else about the night was quiet and I was just trying to relax.

"Decent stay, but breakfast missed the mark"
Stayed at a Ramada recently and while the hotel itself was fine overall, the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were cold, the coffee tasted burnt, and a lot of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. There wasn’t much variety either, unless you’re happy with toast or cereal. The staff were polite enough, but they didn’t seem too concerned when people asked for things to be refilled. For the price, I was hoping for at least a decent breakfast. I probably wouldn’t book again if the included breakfast was a big part of the stay.

"Barely slept, honestly"
The room felt really stuffy, like it needed fresh air hours before I even got there. And the bed was just awful — the mattress was hard as a rock, and the pillows were so flat they might as well not have been there. I kept tossing around all night, which was extra annoying because I had an early morning planned and, randomly, I’d been looking forward to grabbing coffee nearby. Instead I was just exhausted. Definitely not a good night’s sleep.

"Bathroom was disappointing"
I booked through Ramada and the room itself was okay, but the bathroom really brought the whole stay down. There was hair by the drain, the floor looked dirty, and the shower curtain had that damp smell. The toilet also didn’t flush properly the first time, which was really annoying. The staff were nice enough, but for the price, I was expecting a much cleaner bathroom. Overall, not a great stay

"Great If You Have a Car, a Bit of a Saga If You Don’t"
I booked through Ramada, the hotel itself was okay, but the location really threw a wrench in the whole trip. If you don’t have a car, prepare for a mini adventure every time you want food, shops, or basically anything outside the hotel. It felt like everything was just far enough away to be frustrating. The room was fine, but the whole getting-around situation made the stay way more dramatic than it needed to be.

"Used to be better, but the bed was rough"
I’ve stayed here before and remember it being more comfortable, but this time the bed was awful. It felt lumpy and sagged in the middle, and I barely got any sleep all night.
